- We aim to ship all orders placed by 4pm, and are usually shipped for next day delivery. Delivery times are out of our control, typically delivered by 3pm but can be delivered as late as 6pm.
- You must ensure someone is able to take delivery of the items you order and sign for them. Failed deliveries may incur additional charges.
- Please always call to confirm current stock levels and to confirm an exact date of delivery if an order is urgent.
- Privacy & Security
- We do not share our customers details with any other companies other than for the purposes of delivery.
- Returns & Replacements
- Generally we do not accept returns for any goods. Please refer to our full Terms of Business.
- In short: If you are unsure, please contact us so we can assist with the decision making process, to ensure the item is suitable and will be fit for purpose. We can in certain circumstances arrange for a loan machine to be supplied for a two week trial.
- Any goods supplied cannot be returned without an exceptional reason and then restocking charges will apply.
- Items which arrive with a fault, known as DOA (Dead on Arrival) will be subject to the manufacturers DOA/Warranty repair terms - it is usually faster for us to assist the manufacturer in rectifying a fault than for us to get involved directly. We will always assist the end user with any warranty claim, for example by supplying phone numbers to call and briefing you what details will be required to ensure fast service.
- Ordering
- Surftec is an education and government organisation only supplier. We do not sell to businesses or consumers. All supplies are to account holders who will initially be provided with a £500.00 credit limit for 14 day terms (subject to a credit check). To place an order either call, fax or submit your order via this web-site. If delivery is required quickly we recommend calling to confirm stock and delivery schedules. Stock levels indicated on this web-site are not live, large orders can at times deplete all remaining stocks of machines at short notice.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Payment is on account. Our default terms are 14 days with an opening credit limit of £500 on receipt of an official counter signed Purchase Order. Regular customers can apply for extended terms of 30 days and an increased limit of £10,000. Customers about to embark on a system refresh can apply for far greater limits. Promotions are strictly time limited, and may be ended early without notice. All promotions are limited to the current available stock.

- Orders placed via this web-site can be viewed via the 'My Account' link above. Orders placed by phone, fax or e-mail will not be shown.
