In the unlikely event an item of equipment supplied by Surftec fails, or developes a fault the following table should help provide you with the necessary information so that you can get the item repaired or replaced as quickly as possible.

In a small number of cases the item will need to be returned to Surftec, but please remember to gain a RMA number from us first or we may reserve the right to make an administration charge for items sent back to us without being notified first.
